Returns

Conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for returns.

Non-returnable items:

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, we are happy to help!

Exchange process:

  2. Choose the desired exchange item.
  3. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a full refund, replacement or exchange, depending on your preference.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  2. Fill out the return/exchange form with your order details.
  3. Print the return label (if applicable) and carefully pack the item.
  4. Send the item back to us according to the instructions provided.
